The Operaen
Complete in 2004 and opened a year later, the Copenhagen Opera House, one of the most modern in the world and one of the most expensive (costing 2.5 Billion DKK / 370,000,000USD) it sits at the edge of Holmen Island on the shore of the Inner harbour and is directly opposite the Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish Royal Family.
